A pesar de que a mucha gente puede no gustarle Ryanair, a lo largo de todos los años de historia de esta compañía no se ha producido ni un solo fallecido ni en tierra ni en el aire por la operatividad de esta aerolínea. Y no es un hito menor porque actualmente es la aerolínea que más pasajeros transporta en Europa, contando además con una flota de 584 aviones que realizan más de 2.500 vuelos al día. Eso significa que la compañía transporta más de millón y medio de pasajeros cada 24 horas. Su flota es bastante nueva, pues sus 557 Boeing 737 tienen una antigüedad media de 9 años. Los 27 A320 heredados de Lauda tienen una antigüedad media de 16.5 años.

Enjoying some pattern work at Tarbes airport with the new @globalairlines A380. The new @infiniteflight update is amazing!

After 11 years of spotting at KIAH, I now have a mishap under my belt in the form of an off-roading United 737 MAX 8. United 2477 from Memphis went full Tokyo Drift while vacating Runway 27 today, resulting in a taxiway excursion. The left main gear collapsed and at least one of the wheel assemblies was dislodged. She'll be stuck there for a few days until she can be recovered and, hopefully, repaired. She's certainly got her chin up about it. But most importantly, no injuries were reported among the 166 people on board. #AvGeek #UA2477

@infiniteflight Yes I do mean the a380 as I have Stated I’m not saying it doesn’t take time and yes you have pushed updates in the last year none of which anyone wanted the a380 is the one everyone has been waiting for as I’ve said if it’s not here in a week I’m removing my subscription
