@AvMedHealth You cannot get through to anyone at that number and when you get on the automated system says it’s around 40 minutes to reach someone and the next update it’ll say it’s like 55 minutes. What fckn kind of system do you have where the wait time goes HIGHER instead of lower ?!!!!

@AvMedHealth Except nobody answers that phone number and your automated payment system disconnects when you try to pay by phone the system disconnects when you choose pay by credit card - your a multi billion company absolute worst phone system i have used in 30yrs

@AvMedHealth I’ve tried for days to reach someone at customer svc and continually get disconnected - website won’t allow payment of 2nd premium (logs me out) - phone system won’t accept CC pmnt (disconnects) - i would like to PAY and keep my coverage

@AvMedHealth This is the number to speak about scripts. That agent then gave me this 800-477-8768 and it's the same shit as the 888-580-8796. Automated system says 40 min hold time & then 5 minutes later it says 58. This on the eve of you guys debiting me a "surprise" $266.03 due to APTC !!!!

@AvMedHealth Your 888-580-8796 is absolutely useless. Earlier today I hung on for 32 minutes and would've waited longer but when I first got on, the estimated wait time was 42 minutes. By the time I gave up the estimated wait time went UP to 47 minutes. Worst customer service !!!

@AvMedHealth @AvMedHealth Once again you can't enter financial information either by phone or your website. Calling, I have now been on hold with an initial 2 minute wait for 20 minutes. In that time, the wait time went up to 5 minutes, then 6, 8 and now 9 minutes. Is anybody answering?

@AvMedHealth Why does AvMed refuse to answer my letter asking WHY the medication "Vabysmo" for wet macular degeneration costing approx. $2,300 per injection is billed by medical providers between $14,000 & $19,000 per injection?

@AvMedHealth Even by billing 10 times higher than the cost for medical providers, AvMed & others in Florida are DROPPING Seniors from Medicare-Plans b/c their bean counters want a return of 1,000% or NOTHING. Another Florida shakedown b/c all insurance providers own Tallahassee.

@AvMedHealth the WORST insurance I’ve ever had. Charging a higher copay for taking my sick child after 5pm to their primary doctor who happens to have convenient hours for working parents. Not paying for a well visit when all the other insurances I’ve had pay for it in full.
