I was given a car with low tire pressure by @Budget, the tire popped on the way returning it, this was at 1:30pm EST it is now 7:20pm EST and Budget still hasn’t gotten a tow truck out to me 6 hours later in negative temperatures. I think I may die in this car.

It’s really not the wait - don’t need to actually “speak” to someone if your antiquated voice response system would actually work, it lags between commands, continuously redirects to the main menu, cuts off the call when trying to enter credit card or bank account info and your website won’t accept credit card payments . . . @AvMedHealth I’ve tried for days to reach someone at customer svc and continually get disconnected - website won’t allow payment of 2nd premium (logs me out) - phone system won’t accept CC pmnt (disconnects) - i would like to PAY and keep my coverage

@AvMedHealth Except nobody answers that phone number and your automated payment system disconnects when you try to pay by phone the system disconnects when you choose pay by credit card - your a multi billion company absolute worst phone system i have used in 30yrs
