@MartinSLewis we are LPG customers of @AvantiGas our contract ends 14th July. With 50% in our tank we won’t need any more. Today they refused to refund us our credit of £717.25 until a DD review at end of June. Are they actually allowed to withhold our money?

@AvantiGas - our LPG tank is virtually empty. Have told you the reading several times - still no delivery. If it empties completely, it’ll damage the tank. Have been on hold to your customer services for the last half-hour. Not great, is it?

@AvantiGas Here we are again, my business is out of gas for the 4th time this year! Gas pump run dangerously hot and dry. I have 4 new customers switching from calor bulk tanks tomorrow, engineer booked and i have no gas to give them.

@AvantiGas Gas ordered 3 weeks ago - now down to a thimbleful and not able to get through on the phones to speak to anyone at Avanti. Disabled partner with real medical needs, so planning to move into MIL's (!) to keep warm enough to avoid hospitalisation. Really upset at Avanti
