Ypur QA support didn't help. This internal piece is essential for the trimmer to function & broke under normal use – a clear manufacturing defect. Under Consumer Protection Act 2019, such issues must be fixed under warranty. Hoping for quick resolution. #Menhood #CustomerSupport

@Menhoodgrooming My Trimmer (Order: MH2479575) is under warranty & an internal part broke during normal use. Support denied saying “blade not covered" but it’s NOT the blade – it’s the white structural piece. This is a defect & should be covered under warranty. #ConsumerRights
