@bsnl_care carry on your 2G network coverage another number XX11 beside XX51 discontinued from recharge. More than enough time given to bring 4G network coverage in my location over 6months highlighted the concern docket after docket open & closed even CPGRAMS complain closed

@bsnl_care docket after docket for 6months no resolution only closure of dockets never @BSNLCorporate will be able to provide 4G network coverage in my location so customer decided to discontinue recharge of all numbers waste of hard earned money on old outdated 2G network

@bsnl_care what resolution? Team working endlessly for 6months in bringing 4G network coverage but miserably failed customer still on 2G network on 5G/4G 2100/700 band handsets. At least make the incoming calls & sms available until 4G coverage is available at our location.

@BSNLCorporate last 6months try to get 4G coverage but limited to 2G coverage after repeated dockets & CPGRAMS complain not able to get 4G network except rooftop so choose to discontinue recharge presently in prepaid number XX851 soon another XX711. Carry on your 2G service.

@bsnl_care why not barred for prepaid numbers not recharged from 2021 ? Do want such numbers where recharge is not done from 2021/2022/2023 although incoming calls & sms available. The question is why such discrimination between prepaid numbers? Totally unfair of @BSNLCorporate

Due to non working days @UnionBankTweets crediting monthly interest against fd on 29Mar2026 although @pnbindia waiting for last day 31Mar2026 for crediting monthly interest on fd many senior citizen relay on monthly interest. So @pnbindia credit monthly interest on fd by today

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care finally on the 5th day evening the telephone started working after the intervention of NOC/NIB Durgapur Team. Telephone was not working from 24Mar2026 soon after ont replacement service should be more prompt in case of any issue highlighted.
