Alright.. time to launch 🚀 OutlierKit is here - YouTube competitor analysis that just works! - 100K Channels analyzed - 10M+ Videos proceessed - 1M+ Outliers Detected And more... Over the last 8 months we've built OutlierKit feature by features working closely with our users, listening to their feedback and making an amazing product that fits them perfectly.. Nobody should be shoting in the dark with YouTube now.. As content creation becomes cheaper and cheaper.. the only real moat left for serious YouTubeers is strategy.. its data and insights on what is working, and WHY its working.. And how can they replicate it on their own channel.. I'm building OutlierKit with the amazing @jose_builds and @Hi_Aadi Its very early days for us... we are looking for honest feedback on how to improve the product. Would really appreciate your thoughts 🤗 And we are on product Hunt today.. (Link Below) Launching with a no-brainer price.. PLUS an additional 30% off for a brief period. Please support us with an upvote, comment, retweet... Share with your friends if you can.. If you know any YouTubers, please share with them... It means a lot 🙏

So we are finally launching OutlierKit on Product Hunt tomorrow.. I was just reflecting on all the pricing experiments we have run over the last 8 months and how weird it has been. When we started, we had a free forever plan.. only the free plan. We just wanted feedback. We just wanted people to use the product and tell us what can be improved and what we can charge money for. But nobody came. People who did come gave us no feedback. They did not even use the product properly. We had no idea where we were going with it. So we went the other way. We went with all paid plans.. two or three only paid plans. There was no way for them to try the product for free. They had to swipe their card to use the product. Even though the pricing was low..$5 a month or something..nobody came. A couple of people came in and bought, but they asked for refunds immediately without any feedback, without any usage. It was very disheartening. Then we added a free forever plan, which means that for limited features, you could use them free forever. If you wanted more features, you had to upgrade to the higher paid plans. Again, this got us some users. They started using the product, but nobody was upgrading. We apparently just attracted freeloaders who use the free features and never care about upgrading. They didn't give any feedback. Probably bad pricing or bad product 1 more negative of this approach was that Our best features..which would really wow a customer, were behind the paywall. Only our trivial features were freely available. There was no aha moment. There was no way of impressing the customer or getting them to a wow moment where they would want to pay for this product. Eventually, what did click was that we said, "We have to give away all our features to everyone to try, and if they want more, they can pay us." That's when the credit system came in. We decided we only work on credits. Every feature costs a certain number of credits. Everyone gets 10 free credits when they sign up. They can test out all the features depending on how much each feature costs in credits. If they like it, if they want to use more, they can upgrade to a paid plan and buy more credits. I think the credit system is getting us some traction now because people are coming in, people are buying, people are giving us feedback, asking for features. Their usage is telling us a lot about what features really work for them and what pain points we are solving, and we are doubling down in those directions. This will keep evolving. This is not set in stone. Depending on what we learn, we will keep iterating on it. Maybe try fewer credits, maybe try more credits, maybe charge more credits for certain features and less for others. Maybe add more premium features only on higher tier plans. We are even now attracting a lot of freeloaders.. people who just come in, use the free credits, and go away. People are also signing up with different email accounts. We added a referral bonus—20 credits for each referral—so people started referring themselves with their own email accounts just to earn the 20 extra credits. Which is fine. I think they are trying to game the system, which I see as a positive signal. This is what we have got some traction with so far, and we will continue to iterate on it and hopefully figure out the right pricing strategy for OutlierKit. Cheers 🙌

I’ve sold 2 startups for $8m & I now run a $6m+ arr company. people think that's success - but I'd disagree the more I build, the more I realize the real game isn’t just building a great business, it’s building a fulfilling life a life where I can wake up excited to work on things I actually enjoy, and where my calendar doesn’t decide if I’m happy or not the moments that really matter most aren’t always on a dashboard, they’re also quiet walks with my wife, messy breakfasts with my kids and sometimes even late-night MarioKart sessions with friends and don’t get me wrong, I still love what I build and I care deeply about my products & all the people who use them. I show up every day and give it everything I have I still track the numbers every morning - they matter a lot - but they’re not the only scoreboard because in the last few years, I’ve realized how much I was missing when I obsessed over just one part of my life so I stopped chasing the “next big thing” and started optimizing for freedom, time, and energy - for the people and work I love people call it a “lifestyle business” like it’s a small thing, but to me, it’s the version of success that actually feels sustainable - and real

@AvinashVagh @Crunchyroll Lets also appriciate Akaza's character, his will to not give up the fight, but ultimately not choosing demonhood as soon as he remembered his memories, just like he never choose to be a demon to begin with. His backstory was heartbreaking, and can't hate him anymore.
