There’s this footage reportedly showing interrogation of a Ukrainian P.O.W. by Russians. The soldier is threatened with an axe and a gun to his head, demanded to reveal positions “behind the railway” from where Ukrainians were allegedly running raids on Russians. There’s conflicting information about the event and whether it really took place, but footage looks believable. The Ukrainian mentions a settlement of Kolisnykivka, there is one with this name in the Kupyansk district on the Oskil river. Some Russian sources said that the Ukrainian belongs to a sabotage group that was making raids on Russians. If the video is legitimate, and it really captures a Ukrainian prisoner of war, these actions can be qualified as a war crime, according to the Geneva Convention.
