Essa Suleiman, originally from Burco and reportedly a close relative of Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi Cirro, has been accused of carrying out a terrorist attack against civilians of Israeli origin in north London. He arrived in London 30 years ago legally and had previously been on an extremism prevention watchlist, according to the Metropolitan Police Service. Suleymaan is also the same man convicted in 2008 at Swindon Crown Court for stabbing police officer Neil Sampson, injuring police dog Anya, and attacking Ahmed Huriye and another officer. @sources @observer
