Make it a habit to check your policy details every quarter. Even though you might think everything's fine, there might be small details that can cancel the claim. Checked mine @AxisMaxLifeIns today and details on website are diff from details on the pdf I downloaded. Help!!

.@AxisMaxLife I complained 2 days ago coz my premium auto-debit repeatedly fails despite sufficient balance in my account. Ur customer care executive Rishabh, ID: 2156 informed me dat premium was successfully paid on 08/07/2026 and system showed the status as Paid. #IRDAI

When escalation to the CEO of a bank @AxisBank too doesnt help… its a sign that the rot is deep ! @RBI please take note that there has been no response to query about a @AxisMaxLifeIns policy sold by @AxisBankSupport . Maybe @irdaindia should also look into this.

And for some reason I got a basic max life policy because a friend desperately needed the business. Now the new @AxisMaxLifeIns relationship manager/s (change every month) won't stop calling me for meetings. I told them I have no time or desire to meet but they keep pushing. 🙄
