NEW: Reform's Malcolm Offord is refusing to sack a Holyrood candidate who backed thug Tommy Robinson and called for Muslims to be deported.
He said Senga Beresford's views were "fruity" but said in a "former life".
The comments were made in 2024.

Sitting in KCC meeting, watching democracy die. We're told no political points allowed, yet Reform is free to make statements on its budget. When members try to respond, the chair shuts them down and threatens removal. One rule for them, another for us. Not acceptable.

A total farce in Kent. No ability to even mention the word ‘budget’ due to some strange interpretation by officers.
But at least the @reformparty_uk members have all got a nice increase in their allowances. I will continue to spend mine on my community, and not claim any expenses either.
