@SouthwestAir @SouthwestAir – Told no seats together & no bin space left, so we had to check our bags. Got onboard and found plenty of empty seats & overhead space. Gate agent was rude, deflected blame, and even disrespected an elderly customer. This experience was unacceptable. Do better.

@HiltonHotels Spent 1hr on hold to get reservation cancelled not at my request. Then get blamed for the cancellation and charged more. Hilton is terrible 😞 #badservice #fail

Why bother adding a note to your purchase that you can't be home before a certain hour on their delivery date when they ignore it and say we're outside your house and you better like it? Now I am punished with nonresponses and more ambiguous, everchanging redelivery dates. @Lowes
