@gomechanicindia absolutely disgusting service. First your customer care person gave me a wrong quote and I accepted it and paid the 999 for miles membership. Then your service engineer booked a far off place for service and promised me next day delivery. No updates, no follow-up

@gomechanicindia when I called for update and delivery, the so called service buddy is saying that the vehicle will be delivered only after elections. I was promised next day delivery that why I agreed to give it for service. He has the audacity to blame me for the timing
