There is no "right to access a game".
There is the desire to purchase a game or not.
If you find a game doesn't have what you consider makes it "accessible" - then you simply don't buy it.
This is a lot like saying a grocery store shouldn't sell hot sauce because you can't eat it.
Hot sauce and video games are not necessary to life. They're things other people make because they want people to buy them.
Don't like something? Find it inaccessible? Don't buy it.
Life's not fair.
