@Sarah4Texas @RBPundit I live in deep red West Texas. The ONLY yard signs I've seen are Talarico signs.

@RBPundit I live here. I don’t think you realize how angry a lot of lifelong Republicans are.

This is very concerning and affecting all TEXANS.
With the mad dash for AI data centers to pop up all over TX, our water is being targeted.
🚨RURAL WELL OWNERS: 🚨
PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT TEXAS LEGASLTURE IS PLANNING
The 2027 Draft of the Texas Water Plan makes one thing very clear:
Texas is preparing for massive future water demand and groundwater is a major target!!!
Now is your turn to stand up and have your voices heard.
The state is openly discussing:
• groundwater development
• streamlined permitting
• desalination
• aquifer storage
• AI/data center demand
• expanding infrastructure projects
They are projecting nearly $174 BILLION in future water infrastructure needs.
What does that mean for rural communities?
It means places with strong aquifers, open land, and private wells are increasingly being looked at for large-scale groundwater production and export projects.
Many people still think:
“They can’t take our water.”
But once contracts, pipelines, permits, and investors get involved, things change quickly.
RIGHT NOW the state is accepting PUBLIC COMMENT on the Draft 2027 State Water Plan and this is one of the few chances rural Texans have to get concerns officially on record.
📍 PUBLIC HEARING:
May 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM
Stephen F. Austin Building
1700 North Congress Ave.
Austin, Texas
(Also available virtually through Microsoft Teams)
🗣 HOW TO SPEAK UP:
• Submit written comments to the Texas Water Development Board before May 29
• Attend the public hearing in person or online
• Contact your state representatives and groundwater district officials
• Ask questions about groundwater export projects in your area
• Educate your neighbors and fellow landowners
If you care about:
• your private well
• water quality
• aquifer depletion
• agriculture
• future generations
NOW is the time to speak up.
Because once these projects are built, it’s a whole lot harder to stop them.

So many people rightly ask "how is this legal?"
DHS is using a little-known provision of the REAL ID Act to bypass the Native American Graves Protection Act & the Religious Freedom Act, allowing them to blow up gravesites & bulldoze sacred sites with impunity.

Indigenous leaders say that in the Trump administration's rush to build border walls, contractors are desecrating Native American sacred places and cultural sites at an unprecedented pace. to.pbs.org/4us64Dt

ALERT: DHS just quietly issued the largest border wall contract in American history, slicing right through the heart of Big Bend National Park.
$1.7 billion to destroy our natural heritage, to wall off a congressionally protected national park and wild & scenic river, to obliterate the most cherished public land in all of Texas—all in a place where virtually nobody is crossing the border.

My predictions for future investments:
•Illegal oil refineries (the meth lab of gasoline/diesel refining)
•Removing red dye from farm diesel
•Hacking cars and removing all tracking and tech
•Illegal old car/truck parts manufacturing
•Mechanical engines
•Illegal food processing
•Illegal milk/cheese/butter
•Pig (actual pigs) farming
—and pretty much anything else people will need to survive that will become illegal if it’s not already

@williamions @KevinEspiritu If you like it, research French and Italian Renaissance gardening techniques. This is one of them. Works with most mints, lemon grass, and a few other aromatic grass and low shrub plants. Many techniques to learn lost to the common gardener.

@Azradok @KevinEspiritu Great idea. Going to try this.

@ATree_Official Aww, are you upset?
When your brother fell was no one around to hear him crash to the floor?
