If Tesla offered this SUV lineup in the US: • Model Y (188" long, two rows) • Model Y L (196" long, three rows) • Cyber SUV (~210" length, same as GMC Yukon, three rows) This would be one hell of an all-electric self-driving capable SUV lineup that would serve the needs of families of pretty much all sizes.

The fueling process for the Artemis II rocket has picked up speed. The rocket is now more quickly filling with liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen. When the core stage is completely full, it will contain 196,000 gallons of liquid oxygen and 537,000 gallons of liquid hydrogen.

Am I crazy to think that Tesla needs a bigger vehicle in the lineup??? It seems crazy to me there isn't a large SUV option!

I wish Tesla would finally make a full-size SUV that was good. They would absolutely kill it if they did. The Model X is neither full-size nor any good.

I think I speak for everyone when I say we don’t want this. We just want a bigger SUV EV. Bigger than the X…similar in size to a Suburban or Expedition Max. That is all.

People are detached from the reality of what student loans are doing to our younger generations. A lot of people are deaf to it and simply offer a "well why don't you make a million dollars a year and pay it back?" Much of the right like to act like they're all the Monopoly guy where cash grows from trees. I know full forgiveness seems extreme, but at a minimum, the interest should be removed (They've earned enough) or reduced DRAMATICALLY. A lot of the right seems to love blood sucking usury, but it is the death of a nation.

@fredlambert LiDAR and 4D radar are not anything a like. Radar can see through dust and rain which complements the abilities of the camera. That is like saying x-rays and visible light are the same because they are both light.

Elon has dug himself into a hole here. He has long poo-pooed lidar sensors, calling them a "clutch". In text messages with Electrek back in 2021, when Tesla was transitioning to vision only and Elon was still talking to us, he admitted that "high resolution radar plus vision is safer than vision." He just couldn't find a good enough high-res radar, but that's basically a lidar sensor albeit using light rather than radio waves. It feels like he is holding Tesla back here while many automakers are now adding cheap lidar sensors to their vehicles.
