@kevinxu So you are telling us you can do a *300 in 5 years. That you have $11M. And that you’re still trying to sell naive kids and desperate day traders some training at $9.99 per month? 😂

6 hours ago I opened Claude Design for the first time... I'm fairly certain I found the biggest unlock for LinkedIn content in the big 26. Infographics have recently become the SINGLE fastest way to position yourself as an authority on LinkedIn. If they're good enough, the image alone will stop the scroll and 5-10x your 'scroll time' which is HUGE for the current LI algo. But nobody was shipping them, because making them sucked. $500 a post if you hired out, or 300 hours of Figma tutorials if you DIY'd it. Claude Design just got rid of that problem entirely. I spent the afternoon building agency-grade infographics without touching Figma once, and the output is WAYY better than what I've been commissioning from designers. So I'm building the entire playbook into a course. Inside you'll get: 1) The EXACT prompt templates I'm using for scroll-stopping visuals 2) How to lock Claude to your brand colors, fonts, & layouts 3) The 7 infographic formats I'm see pull the highest impressions on LinkedIn RIGHT NOW 4) My batching workflow for pumping these out fast 5) How to leverage infographic posts that cater to the algorithm Comment "DESIGN" and I'll DM you the course the second it drops. (follow me first so the DM actually lands.) PS: The 3 infographics attached are the ones I built this afternoon. First day touching the tool.

We were Clay's largest user at one point in time, hitting their platform 17.3 million times per week. Last month we replaced them entirely with a $200/mo Claude Code subscription. I can't write code. Neither can James, my VP of Growth who built the replacement. Here's the full story. Clay is a GREAT product and I TRULY think most people should use it. But we hit their ceiling. 50,000 row limit per table. 12.5 million row cap per workspace. Tables that take days to actually delete. Clicking "run all" thousands of times and waiting days for things to clear out. So When you're processing millions of leads, all the above become the bottleneck of your entire business. James had never touched Claude Code before. Three weeks after learning it, he built our entire core system. With Clay, processing 1 million leads took 27 hours. And it would error out often enough that we would always have to plan on hitting the “run all rows” button again on 20+ clay tables. IYKYK but Our new system waterfall enriches 1 million leads in 5 seconds. 272,000 leads PER SECOND. AND On top of the core engine, we vibe coded a Google Maps scraper that pulls leads zip code by zip code across all 32,000 US zip codes. AND An AI lead finder that hits 95% contact match rates where Apollo gives you about 30%. AND Ad library scrapers for Google and LinkedIn. AND An AI campaign analysis system. AND An auto-refill system so clients never run out of leads mid-campaign. One we started building with Claude, we just couldn’t stop Now we have the data ready for clients sending 5 million emails a month within 1 week of signing the contract. I put together the full system blueprint -- every tool, the tech stack, a Clay vs custom comparison, and a 6-step playbook for building your own. Plus a video walkthrough where I show you the live system and how each tool actually works. Retweet or Reply CODE below and I'll DM it to you.

@t_blom AI is not intelligent. It predicts the next word. Which satisfies most basic tasks but is often wrong and does not deal with client relationships or the fact that most customers have no idea what they want.

You don’t understand. I was using Claude to help me set up some formulas for an excel sheet that I use to forecast revenue. Claude suggested we build a web app instead due to limited excel functionality. I then spent 3 hours standing up a full web app that is an interactive cashflow model that is fully custom to my business and has more robust capabilities than excel. It sends me a slack message if things dip below a certain $ amount. Flags me if I need to review something that our team is doing. It auto populates data from Quickbooks and sends an email to our internal bookkeeper if there is an error. I am not technical. It walked me through setting up a db. Setting up Vercel. I can ask for any feature I want and it can seemingly add it and walk me through updating GitHub. I can ask questions. It doesn’t get annoyed It feels like a video game.

I tried using @Lovable to create slides and it ONE-SHOTTED the entire deck for my SaaS. Took my raw notes, structured the outline, added animations, and turned it into clean, designer-level slides without me touching a single thing. If you’re building anything in 2026, learn how to pitch FAST. A good deck opens doors before the product even exists. Comment "DECK" and I’ll send you the full prompt.

360 years. That is the collective Excel experience of my team of 30 people, in one room. I have personally used Excel for 20 years. Since the very beginning. We’ve spent decades "crushing it" when it comes to financial modeling. We knew every shortcut. Every nested formula. We thought we had reached the peak of efficiency. (They are better then me, just to admit) But I have something to tell you. The game just changed. In my opinion, we are witnessing the biggest innovation since Excel was first released. It’s not a new function or a Power BI update. It’s Claude. Specifically, Claude’s ability to build and manipulate Excel models. For 40 years, the "manual labor" was the tax we paid. Hardcoding formulas. Spending hours formatting cells. Manually linking sheets and building tables from scratch. That era is over. Claude can now handle the heavy lifting of building the structure, the logic, and the formatting in minutes. But here is the part that really surprised me: It actually understands accounting. It understands the relationship between a Balance Sheet and a Cash Flow statement. It understands how operating drivers flow into a P&L. We aren't replacing our expertise. We are finally liberating it. Instead of spending 80% of our time building the model, we spend 100% of our time analyzing the results. If you want this Prompt and Excel model, just drop a comment and I’ll send it to you. (Important: follow me so I can DM you!)

Alex Hormozi helped thousands build $100M offers. So I made a Hormozi Mega-Prompt that turns ChatGPT into a value-creating machine: → Offer creation → Pricing models → Market analysis → Value stack generation → Pain-point insight extraction If you want ChatGPT to think like Hormozi, this is the one. Comment “Alex” and I’ll DM it to you.

Say goodbye to ElevenLabs I’ve found a way to do TEXT - TO- SPEECH completely free no subscription, no API. Here’s what I used: - GPU: RTX 4090 - VRAM: 32 GB + 18 GB extended (total ~50 GB) Voice Models: one with 1.5B parameters and another with 9.6B parameters These models handle tone, clarity, speed, adds realism, emotions, and long-form voice flow the kind you hear in audiobooks or podcasts. A 24 GB GPU isn’t enough for this setup. You need around 50 GB total memory to run models smoothly without crashing. With this setup, you can create natural, high-fidelity voices offline exactly what paid tools do behind the scenes, now running on your own system for free. I have a complete guide to set this up locally on your computer or a virtual machine. If you want this? Follow @beginnersblog1 Like REPOST Comment "SETUP" I will DM you the complete GUIDE..

I got rejected by 144 investors before raising $150M for my $200M+ rev/year startup. After 144 rejections, I started questioning our approach. Were we solving the right problem? What were we doing wrong? Why weren’t investors seeing what we were seeing? Were we the right team to build this? We tried everything: different pitch angles, new deck structures, and reframing the problem. Then came the 145th meeting, where we closed our first growth round. That yes made everything worth it. But getting there took years of mistakes and hard work. We went through a lot of trial and error just to figure out what resonates with investors. We tried dozens of approaches to figure out what made investors engage. Some landed, most didn't. But each iteration taught us something about what builds conviction versus what just sounds good on paper. And once we cracked that code, our Series C closed faster than expected. And today, I see so many founders in the exact same position I was in 10 years ago: grinding through rejections, questioning everything, and trying to figure out what works. So today I want to give you the resource I wish I had back then: Something that shows you exactly how to structure these conversations and navigate the entire process (because the fundraising cycle can be a big distraction and take a toll on you as a founder). So I've partnered with Notion's Startups Team to create the essential fundraising resource that helps you avoid the mistakes that cost me years. Here's what you are getting: • The actual decks I used to raise $150M for Super[.]com (Series B, C) • 50 real examples from funded startups like Eleven Labs and Artisan AI • A searchable database of 10,000+ investors - angels, VCs, and accelerators you can reach out to immediately (this alone would take months to build manually) • An AI-powered fundraising agent built into Notion with step-by-step prompts (no separate ChatGPT needed) Want access? • Like and share this post • Comment "FUNDRAISE" • Follow me so I can DM you the link I'll send it over ASAP. P.S.: If you are serious about fundraising (now or in the future), you should grab it right away.
