Any proposed development, no matter how ridiculously ill-conceived and unwanted, will be approved by local councils if they are bribed to approved it. All the departments will ensure it is approved eventhough sustainability and environment report says otherwise.

#NSTBusinessTimes A private developer has proposed a 61‑storey mixed‑use tower in Kuala Lumpur’s Bukit Pantai, potentially adding nearly 1,500 serviced apartments beside Pantai Hospital and TNB headquarters, reshaping one of the capital’s densest urban corridors. nst.com.my/property/2026/…

🆘 THE WORLD IS WATCHING CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IN INDIA & IT IS HORRIFYING 🇮🇳💔🐶 Indian Man Deliberately Broke Puppies Leg For Fun in Streets of Varanasi, Uttarpradesh Humble Empathetic Compassionate Foreign Tourist Lady Saved Puppy & Confronted the Criminal Who broke the leg of an Indian Dog Puppy We demand immediate arrest of This Criminal under BNS 325 with Years Jail term fir fracturing a Puppy paralysing him. A viral video from Varanasi is now triggering outrage online after a foreign tourist allegedly witnessed a man brutally breaking the leg of a tiny street puppy for no reason. youtu.be/kpqSbpg0hLU?si… Not because the puppy attacked anyone. Not because it was dangerous. But allegedly for “fun.” And the most painful part? The foreign tourist showed more humanity toward that voiceless Indian puppy than many Indians standing nearby. For years, animal haters in India have screamed about wanting “civilized country laws” whenever they demand mass removal or killing of stray dogs. But here’s the truth they refuse to acknowledge: In truly civilized countries, intentionally hurting a helpless animal is treated as a serious warning sign of violence and psychological instability. There, animal abusers are not celebrated. They are feared. Meanwhile in India: 🐾 Puppies are beaten for entertainment 🐾 Dogs are poisoned inside societies 🐾 Cruelty videos are uploaded for laughs 🐾 Feeders are threatened like criminals 🐾 Calls for mass killings trend openly online And every time cruelty is normalized, justified, or ignored, India’s image suffers globally. How can a nation call itself spiritual, developed, or civilized while voiceless animals are tortured openly on streets? The world no longer sees cruelty as “normal.” The world sees it as barbaric. ⚖️ Animal cruelty is a punishable offense under: • Section 11 PCA Act, 1960 • BNS 325 – Cruelty to animals, Breaking the Leg of Animal @Uppolice arrest the person who broke the leg of a puppy in Varanasi. Cruelty is NOT culture. Cruelty is NOT development. Cruelty is NOT public safety. Compassion is the real mark of a civilized nation. 🐾 @myogiadityanath @narendramodi @Uppolice @varanasipolice @deo_varanasi @IgRangeVaranasi @PMOIndia @HMOIndia @FIAPOIndia @PetaIndia #SaveIndianDogs #AnimalCruelty #InternationalShame #GlobalPandemic #StopDogCruelty #JusticeForAnimals

This mule is forced to carry 140 kg man for an 18 km uphill trek in Kedarnath. This is heartbreaking and blatant animal abuse. When will we start enforcing strict weight limits for animal rides at pilgrimage sites? @pushkardhami @IYCUttarakhand @ASPCA @UTDBofficial @ukcmo

@rahat_up @UPGovt #saveindiananimals

Once you visit small countries like Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Vietnam, or cities like Dubai for the first time and then come back to Indian streets, you realize how much you’ve been scammed by your municipality, local MLA, MP, and the whole system.

Do you understand what did PH and Madani do here? To buy a very expensive property (>RM20 million), your company must now have at least 50% Bumiputera ownership. It used to be 30%, but PH and Madani just increased to 50% in November 2025. The policy does not specify any work, cash investment, skills required from the Bumiputera side, just owning the shares on paper. As a result, a non-Bumiputera investor or foreign buyers need to bring a Bumiputera in as 50% partner and tick the equity box. So, the question is, who will actually benefit from this stricter ethnic quota on paper? Usually well-connected elite Bumiputera, e.g. politicians’ families, ex-officials, insiders etc Not average Bumiputera working in cities or mak cik at kampung, unfortunately...... Hence LGE is asking Anwar to roll back the 50% rule

Just letting you know that the Department of Environment (DOE) has banned Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports from being downloaded because of “national security” reasons. This means rural, coastal & indigenous communities will have the hardest time assessing EIAs.

Why do we lack clear, consultative processes for this kind of development in KL? Are lands in the city just for corporate & capitalist expansions? Stop investing in malls & data centres. Start investing in public facilities & green spaces that benefit the people’s wellbeing.
