@AmericanExpress I signed up for your reserve card in June and paid your $675 fee. The offer was 90k points providing I spent a certain amount within a specific time period. I did and still have not received my bonus. Your agent Gladys that I chatted with said I don’t get any.

@UPS just tried to call and speak with a person to find out where my package is as it says delivered but I never received and your automatic voice just hangs up and does not allow you to speak with an operator.
