When they tried to track the baggage there was no proper customer support or an option to connect with live agent or airline staff, it just showed the baggage was at hyd airport and It was collected in their website. The service untraceable and it’s frustrating @British_Airways

@British_Airways it's now safe to put my regulation sized cabin bag containing 3 laptops in the hold according to your staff. Is that correct? Same flight telling me power banks must not be placed in the overheads locker. What is going on? Please supply me with the policy.
