Didn’t get time for delivery, but had link to track it & could see delivery time on that. Driver said they’re dealing with over 15,000 bags!!! Still have a bag missing but received 1!

@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport A van turned up yesterday to deliver 1 of my 2 missing bags. But he then couldn't find it on the van!! Total chaos … he said they’re overwhelmed.
