If we are serious about a Constitutional Republic, we must build it properly. Not emotionally. Not impulsively. Not backwards. You do not declare first and figure it out later. You build it step by step, in order. 🏛️ People first. And that means assembling in your own communities. 🤝 Host meetings. Have real discussions. Learn the history. 📚 Ask hard questions. ❓ Challenge assumptions. Invite your neighbours. Keep inviting. 🔁 Movements do not grow by accident. They grow because people show up. After that comes shared principles. Then elected delegates. Then a transparent constitutional convention. Then a drafted constitution. Then a declaration. Then ratification by the people. 🗳️ In that order. Skip steps and it collapses. Rush it and it fractures. Centralize too early and you recreate the very system you oppose. A true Constitutional Republic must be: For The People By The People About The People 🇨🇦 That only happens if communities organize from the ground up. 🌱 If you need guidance, reach out. If you want to start a local assembly, say so. If you believe power belongs with the people, share this. 🔄 Comment your thoughts. 💬 Follow and help build it the right way.

Great breakdown of private property rights in BC and the uncertainty now surrounding them. 1⃣ Constitutionally, First Nations can only sell reserve land to the federal government — they cannot transfer it directly to non-FN Canadians 2⃣ The Musqueam transfer includes private property within the affected lands 3⃣ The transfer covers both federal and provincial lands 4⃣ The Cowichan tribes could potentially take full possession of lands in Richmond 5⃣In the Cowichan case, the court ruled that the Land Title Act does not apply

People are saying “Cowards separate.” No. Cowards stay quiet and complain. If someone truly believes we can fix this inside the current Constitutional Monarchy, then lay out the plan. Not slogans. Not “vote harder.” Show the actual pathway. Show how regular citizens can meaningfully change a Crown-centred system that requires federal and provincial governments to agree before anything major shifts. Because here’s the reality, Big constitutional reform in Canada almost never happens. And the people who benefit from the current structure are the same ones who would have to approve changing it. So when people talk about separation, it’s not because they hate Canada, It’s because they’re looking at the structure and asking whether it actually serves the people anymore. Separation, in this context, means separating from centralized control in Ottawa and from a Crown-based system where power flows downward. It means exploring a de jure Constitutional Republic where sovereignty is clearly rooted in the people. We the People. That’s not rebellion. That’s a political idea. And it has to be done lawfully. For everyone shouting “treason,” look up the Criminal Code. Treason involves war against Canada or helping an enemy. Talking about constitutional change through a democratic vote is not treason. The Supreme Court already ruled that if there is a clear majority on a clear question, the federal government has a duty to negotiate and That’s the law. The legal pathway is simple to describe, hard to achieve: • Get majority support. • Ask a clear referendum question. • Have the province call the vote. • Negotiate. THAT’s IT! No tanks. No fantasy scenarios. No dramatic movie scripts. Now here’s the part people don’t want to answer, If meaningful reform inside the current system is realistically possible, explain how. Show the steps, Show where it has worked before and Show how the Crown’s authority gets meaningfully limited without federal approval. If that path exists, we’re open to hearing it, But if it doesn’t, then why is it wrong to even discuss a lawful alternative? So We ask it plainly; ⁉️ What real, achievable mechanism exists today that lets the people fundamentally reshape governance under the current system without either federal permission or pursuing lawful separation? 💥 If there’s a better way, show it. If not, then let’s stop pretending the structure isn’t part of the problem. If you agree Comment and Share this Post and Let’s Start Coming Together!

THE PATH FORWARD An independent Constitutional Republic model would mean: • Balanced budget requirement • Debt limits tied to GDP • Sovereign Wealth Fund from resource royalties • Regional revenue sharing • Strict limits on executive power Shift the funding model: From taxing people To developing assets. From extracting labor To compounding wealth. If BC is this wealthy… If prosperity could be asset-backed instead of tax-driven… If the current system is truly working… Why are more people starting to question it?

WHY PROSPERITY FEELS SHUT OFF Right now we see: • Regulatory gridlock • Endless permitting delays • Political hesitation • Centralized revenue systems • Growing tax pressure on citizens The wealth exists. But access to it is restricted. Instead of unleashing assets, we tax productivity. That is backwards.

WHERE THE MONEY REALLY COMES FROM Prosperity does not come from taxing paycheques. It comes from assets. • LNG in the northeast • Copper and critical minerals • Value-added forestry • Pacific trade and port revenue The wealth is here. The world wants what we have. The question is why we are not fully developing it.

BC IS NOT BROKE. BC IS BLOCKED. British Columbia is one of the most resource-rich places in the developed world. Energy. Copper. Gold. Timber. Pacific ports. Agricultural land. Yet families are squeezed. Projects stall. Taxes climb. That is not a resource problem. That is a governance problem. BC is not broke. BC is blocked.

So @eventbrite just sent us a notice about our screening events of The Shot: Sean Hartman’s Story, saying they will be restricting the distribution of our events for not being suitable based on their community guidelines. Humm, a true story about a hockey player who died, that they have never seen, is not suitable? They did this for our Fundamental Truth event as well, with no actual reason given. No worries. Tomorrow is the final event and going forward, we will not be using Eventbright for any of our event ticketing.
