Need to change it to no refunds.
Event has not been published to the public and no tix hsve been sold.

Had a web error that caused me to buy early 4 bird tickets instead of 2. Both Apple & Eventbrite separately refunded me for 2 tickets.
… Resulting in my having to buy 2 tickets at full price just now🫠
@eventbrite@NatSpineNetwork can’t log in to the NSN VFF webinar because I’m not receiving the confirmation code by email. Tried multiple times. Any other way to log in???
Over 3 months and still no settlement for our November 8 & 9 events. No response to emails. This is unacceptable.

So this is why your company is not resolving our issue and have locked us out of the account. You company is a big scam. We have your card now and so does our legal team.
@eventbrite This is absolutely ridiculous that I can not speak to someone on the phone who can resolve this MFA issue. @bbb_us this company is awful and appears to be a bunch of scammers.
@eventbrite we opened a support ticket on 1/21/26 for MFA reset because your system enabled MFA without our consent. Now we can not manage our event at all. This is awful customer service.
@eventbrite I can’t get a hold of anyone about my refund. Your sales department closes early and the AI help chat is not helpful either. How can I get a live person on the line?
@info_sjf_now Thank you. As per checking someone on our team as working on your case and they sending your case to our Trust & Safety team for further review. They normally respond within 3-5 business days
@eventbrite is something going on with your support we’ve had an issue logging in we usually get a quick response I’ve heard nothing for over 24 hrs which is odd

@eventbrite No, because I don't want you to full me of 💩 we already talk to your costume service, 3 of them in fact, and your written speech is not giving me my money back. Only if you give me the money I RAISE for my event I'd be glad to talk to you. I am consulting legal steps!!!
