My career is often a thankless job. On my way to work at 6:50am the day of a hurricane when most others are at home with their families preparing. Not at complaint, just an observation. Shout out to all the Police Officers, Prison Officers, Firefighters, and the staff at all 3 🙏🏽

Once again Bermuda is rocked by another shooting; murder in broad daylight! The time for action is passing us by. We must all care and actually do something, make tough decisions, root out those involved in gun violence and heal our community.

I am happy to hear all this new talk about collaboration from the PLP. I fully support it. However, I just want to clarify that collaboration also includes constructive criticism and accountability. Yes, we can and should work together, but the opposition has a role to play.

Congrats to the PLP on winning the election. Now the work must continue. However, jetting off to a Caricom meeting the day after an election can't be the the highest priority at this time. #ijs.
