@TAR_Kirk @AuthorGFAllen Classics exist for a reason. They earned it and should be read. All I ask for is a chance like all the literature currently at our disposal and perhaps one day one of my works can be considered a “classic” too. If not, well, at least it’s mine still and it’s out there for all.

Why should someone read your book over a well-known classic?

Rejections can’t erase the miracle of creation. You wrote a book, never forget how incredible that is! Walk tall, author. Published or not, you did something extraordinary. #WritersLife #BeProud

@mkaka_arvin Sit down and write something. Anything. And if it leads to something keep going. If it doesn’t, step away for a bit and come right back. Sometimes a hiatus is needed to reset and then dipping your toes in the water but by bit will get you swimming again

@inkandbog I’m always doing something if it ain’t writing a new WIP it’s editing what I have stored away over the years to publish. The memes are funny but tbh it’s the editing and rewrite ones that get a chuckle out of me

I don't appreciate all these memes about writers never finishing a book or never actually writing. I write every day. I finished two books in the last year and a half and have two more written in that timeframe, but needing their second "rewrite" before I can say they're done. My wife & I picked up these two glass models at a thrift shop & when we got the boxes, turns out they aren’t glass models. They’re old aftershave bottles 😳 there is still aftershave in these old relics which is really cool
