Don't get me wrong, GTA 6 is going to be a monster, but the industry has changed a whole lot in 12 years, and we didn't have 800 million kids playing Roblox and Fortnite endlessly, among other, larger structural changes to the entertainment landscape ie. more streaming hours

@ShoXwavve @Z64Gaming It's due the model not being rigged properly. In a neutral position it looks fine but once the head moves, the jaw is not moving with it.

@Z64Gaming I'm a character artist. The reason the jaw looks like that is because of "bad skinning". It's the process where you assign what part of the model moves with what bone. The head of the right is an example of good skinning as it looks the most natural when turned.

Death Stranding marketing makes the baby seem more like an object you use in an abstract view of what could barely be considered a human. You don't build any sort of connection to the baby till you're over 30 hours into the game. Yakuza 6 does not make this part of the marketing whatsoever, and it being the 6th title, makes it less attractive to a casual audience that's never played the previous 5. I understand the need to display your hate for anyone or anything that's slightly reflects the nuclear family, but being intellectually dishonest just for the sake of hating is just sad.

Interesting we didn’t see this same “ThIS GaME Is So BaSeD” claims about Death Stranding or Yakuza 6, both games where you take care of infants from a masculine perspective. No, for some reason these trogs come out of the woodwork for the loli robot child game. Hm.

Latency basically killed this kind of game play 20ms or more input lag, another 20ms display lag, it's a very serious disadvantage Modern games design action and combat around these constraints

@MationMiss Most of these are recent projects that you haven't heard of because they're complete failures due to them being overly female centric, especially for male targeted brands. If they actually targeted the right demographic, men aswell as women would have enjoyed them.

This book cannot be adapted, and not for any weird legal reason someone might spout out. It is so unbelievably racist, in third grade my teacher was reading this aloud and just had to abruptly stop with no explanation.
