Don’t get me wrong. I absolutely love the Battlefield franchise - have since BFBC2. But the constant swarm of replies or comments one receives at the moment are certainly not something I personally look forward to on a daily basis. I’m not leaving. Just taking a break.

off for now to focus on playing games with friends. When we start to see things change (hopefully for the better) for 2042, and the franchise as a whole, I’ll be looking forward to sharing that excitement with you all. But for now… must go hunt a 21ft. Hive God.

As some of you may have noticed, I have taken a break from posting #Battlefield News and Updates on this account. I should say, it’s more of a mental break. Rather than constantly getting bombarded with negativity about a franchise I love and respect, I’ve taken the time

So the latest @BFRoundup update has reset all of my settings. Again. I suspect this is because my default "My PC" My Documents folder doesn't exist. I tried to replace it with the backup but that doesnt work either.

Bigger doesn't always mean better. I hope Battlefield 2042's Season 1 brings an actual CQB map and they put it on 24/7 rotation. I'm happy with 64 or even 32 players. Honestly.
