🚨BREAKING: NEW footage shows ICE/Border Patrol agents holding both of the victim’s empty hands when they fire the first shot, in Minneapolis. In the video, you can see the U.S. citizen’s hands in the front, being held by agents, empty. An agent in grey appears to grab the U.S. citizen’s LEGAL firearm, that is holstered on his side, and runs back. Once the U.S. citizen is unarmed, agents open fire on him.
