Hope this can be looked into as it seems your email not working. This is very frustrating situation and i believe the process was against consumer act 2015 and consumer regulation 2013.

@Independent It is not about World cup spending only but be fair and say the full story. They are asking for better health and better education. The schools and hospitals are in a terrible state.

@AmazonHelp i have been waiting for my refund since 14th of August for order 206-9478644-3644356. Ur CS are ignoring my emails and last email was the order is returning and once processed will let you know but i can not wait more than two weeks and have no responses. Frustrating

@AmazonHelp I have done and what your team have been saying is. We are waiting for the warehouse to process the return. But how long i am supposed to wait. It almost 3 weeks now. Having no solution is the frustrating part. Can you check with them and have this refund sorted plz?
