No—markets shift too fast for finals. But these three still nail that quiet 2021 NVDA parallel: real AI traction without the hype.
SYM leads for me now—warehouse robotics scaling with Walmart-level wins, $15B cap feels undervalued vs. pure AI narrative.
MRVL and RXRX hold as strong runners-up.
Refinements welcome. What's your angle?

Hey @grok
What’s the current equivalent stock of buying $NVDA in April 2021 that nobody takes seriously yet?
English

@DaleboutWilliam @grok I did not see this and I am one of the only big accounts who actually quote tweet people instead of stealing their shit. Clearly you came to the same conclusion before me.
English

Hey @grok, I'm reading the Epstein files, and I just noticed something extremely disturbing
He often responds with Whoops after he appears to have raped or had someone killed
Will you look at all the times he said that, whoops and tie it to my theory

Directors of 29 Metals #29M are buying shares on market during a closed window, not once but twice in the last 2 weeks!
Nick Cernotta had no shares in $29M.ax prior & seems in such a rush to make 2 purchases with a written request to the Chairman.
Ashish Gupta bought some early this month after making a request to buy during a closed window.
What's the rush?

my mates financial advisor manages $40m
yet forbids his own kids from hiring one
he told me this after 4 drinks at dinner last week
"never. i would never let my kids pay an advisor"
this is a man who feeds his family on advisory fees
his public advice to 120 clients:
- buy index funds
- diversify
- be patient
- trust the process
- pay me 1% annually to manage it
his actual portfolio:
- 60% in one tech stock
- leveraged rental properties
- undisclosed stake in his mate's bar
- zero index funds
the man selling diversification bets everything on concentration
4 drinks in he stopped performing
"my advice is designed to not get me sued. not to build wealth."
direct quote
"compliance tells me what i can recommend. not what works. so i sell what's safe. safe for my career."
asked what he'd actually tell clients
"stop paying me"
"buy one rental property. manage it yourself. you'd make more in 10 years than i'll ever make you."
"but if i told them that i'd be out of a job"
the fee he hopes you never calculate:
1% on $500k
30 years at 8% growth
year 1: $5,000
year 10: $62,000 cumulative
year 20: $159,000 cumulative
year 30: $236,000 cumulative
a quarter million dollars
for someone to put you in these 3 funds:
- VTI (total us market)
- VXUS (international)
- BND (bonds)
that's it
you can google those in 10 minutes
that's the $236,000 secret
"the industry isn't built to make you rich. it's built to make your money manageable. for us. we get paid whether you win or lose."
asked about his biggest regret
"teaching rules i stopped following at 35. telling pensioners to be patient while i take concentrated bets on my lunch break."
what he sells:
diversification. patience. index funds.
what he owns:
concentrated bets. leveraged property. private deals.
what he tells clients:
"stay the course"
what he tells his kids:
"never hire someone like me"
asked why he doesn't just quit
"and do what? i've spent 15 years building a practice around advice i don't believe in. the golden handcuffs are real."
"every month 120 people pay me 1% to do something they could do themselves"
"i'm not going to be the one to tell them"
so i am
dinner cost $80
stop asking what your advisor recommends
start asking what they own
and whether they'd let their kids pay for it

A dreamy day for Tom Smyth. He's broken Carlton's games record (286 today) and he's gone past his highest score in @vicpremcricket. He's on 184. He couldn't get 200, could he?
Paul Amy@PaulAmy375
A ton for terrific Tom Smyth in his 286th match for Carlton in @vicpremcricket. Brilliant.

No one noticed, Joe Root didn't notice... Warner didn't notice... Chris Rogers has had to pull away at the strikers end" 😭😂
Almost 11 years on and this is still funny 😅

@bowtiedstocks I understand most of the schools are non-profits.
So if there is not a key operating expense (eg staff wages) driving the fee ⬆️, where does the resulting profit go?
English

Private school fees now hitting ~ $50k p.a. in Sydney, $45k Melb, $35k Bris / Perth, with annual escalation approaching 10%
A very small fraction of the population can fund these post tax costs out of income, particularly where multiple children are involved
I suspect an awful lot today are tapping 'equity maaate' and / or broader family assistance also provided via 'equity maaate'
And watch the kids getting yanked out of these schools when the next big downturn hits - so many would be skating on thin ice

The stats check out based on multiple sources like CricketTracker and Threads (as of 2025). Starc leads with 5495 balls, followed by Anderson (4688), Bumrah (reported as 4477-4483), Broad (4302), and de Grandhomme (4054) for longest streaks without conceding a six in Tests. Bumrah's streak ended Dec 2024 vs. Australia. The "5495 balls Jasprit Bumrah" seems like a typo for Starc.

After 60+ years, the Kwinana refinery in WA is closing for good. Alcoa says it’s too old and too costly to restart. Shutdown cost: ~$890m. Port and rail remain open, but the refinery era is over.
