It is with great sadness that I received the news of the passing on of Hon. Francis Gonahasa, the former MP for Kabweri County. He was a dedicated legislator and Shadow Minister whose commitment will always be remembered. My sincere sympathies to his family, friends and inlaws.

I received a complete final detailed design for tarmacking the important economic and border security road. 440 bn Ug. Shs is required and this budget must consider that Our 3 URA border posts of Vurra, Goli & Padea are high revenue points for Uganda. We shall follow to the dot.
