@whatley_brady @piper4missouri Private schools are generally religious-based institutions. The question would be if the general public agrees to the religion being taught on their dime. None of them offer transportation either.

@whatley_brady @piper4missouri School choice is already available in Texas. Students are allowed to attend any charter school that they want and the public money follows. Many have shut down or had many problems with handling the public money bcs oversight is less than regular public school.

Reminder: When you cut taxes on the rich, the rich get richer and the gains don’t trickle down. When you invest in the American people, the middle class expands and the economy grows. It’s that simple.

Please don't remove students from physical education, music, Arts, or other classes to remediate them in other areas. These classes are just as important for overall education and may be their favorite classes and one reason they like school.

BREAKING: Republican 2024 presidential candidate Nikki Haley is humiliated on live national television as Meet the Press host Kristen Welker calls her out on a whopping lie about Pres. Biden and the attacks by Hammas against Israel. It all started when Welker asked Hailey if she thinks that it is “irresponsible” for her Republican 2024 presidential rivals to falsely accuse Biden of having used “$6 billion” U.S. taxpayer dollars to “fund” the Hammas attacks “without any evidence or proof.” Haley responding by shamelessly claiming that the money, which hasn’t even been spent yet and can ONLY be spent on humanitarian aid and food, is “spreading terrorism” and is being “moved around as we speak.” At this point, host Kristen Welker didn’t let her get away from her dangerous lie, cutting her off and putting her own notice that “there's just no proof of that,” and that her fellow Republican press it all candidates and members of Congress started pushing that false attack against President Biden “just hours after that the attacks.” Then, Welker pressed on, asking Hailey again, “Is it irresponsible to level that charge when you really don't have any evidence of that at this point in time?" At thins point, Haley had no choice but to point to “evidence” that has nothing to do with yesterday’s attacks, mumbljj I’mg about “what the Iranian” people have done to “freedom-loving people all over the world.” Luckily, Welker didn’t let get her away with this, again making it clear to the live viewers that even the Secretary of State came out and said that there is “no link” between the money that was freed by the Biden Administration and green-lighted under the Trump Administration had anything to do with the attacks — and is still sitting in a bank account in Qatar. So the Republican puppet @SpeakerMcCarthy had a ton of cuts to Medicaid, Vet benefits, Headstart, TSA safety inspections, IRS auditing the rich and even law enforcement. What Kevin didn’t tell you is that amongst all these budget cuts, he snuck in a $30k pay raise for Congress. That pay raise would make Congressional salaries 6x the national Median Income. They already get free healthcare for life & a pension. On top of that the majority of them are rich! I have an ACA plan & so should every member of Congress. A 16 year old was shot for ringing the wrong doorbell. A 20 year old was shot and killed for driving down the wrong driveway. An 18 year old is in critical condition for trying to get into the wrong car. And a 6 year old and her dad were shot because her basketball rolled onto the wrong lawn. In a nation armed to the teeth & perpetually primed for war, these tragedies are only going to happen more often, not less. What the hell are we doing?
