Perspectives on Bushveld Minerals and the future of Energy Storage using Vanadium Flow Batteries

Corollary of this is that the marginal carbon intensity of a kWh of electricity in Britain is 650 g CO₂e (taking the the European gas system as a whole–thus including storage–the marginal gas supplier is always US LNG) – or worse, as less efficient CCGTs meet increasing demand

@Paludina The board has a mountain of questions to answer. If this offer of 7p is legitimate back in june/July while we were around 3p, then it should have been made public

1)This post concerns the upcoming Bushveld Minerals (#BMN) General Meeting & why I’ll be voting AGAINST the proposed 100% disposal of Vanchem to SPR in place of an already existing & as yet incomplete deal to sell 50% of Vanchem + BMN’s interest in Mokopane deposit for total$25m.

BREAKING We said we would #DefendDemocracy... AND WE'VE WON our case against Government anti-protest laws that completely ignored the will of Parliament

The mining economics of disposing the Vanchem asset that advances a strategic value proposition vs an asset sale price of $40,6m to SPR with a 50% write-down based on a cumulative agreement. Both don't make business sense whether it's operationally, financially or otherwise.
