@BoschHomeUS Bought a Bosch Refrigerator 300 series new. It has been a week since it was installed by Lowes, and it still does not work. Memorial Day Weekend = did not work, week following = not working. Customer service # 410-635-6965. Heard it in 4 dialects from around the globe.

@BoschHomeUS My dishwasher died after only two and a half years. The soap dispenser and then the door patch error code 06 which also could have been the main circuit. We stopped being able to select other cycles than auto. Really not happy. Guess we have to get the service contract :-(

@BoschHomeUS Really disappointed with Bosch. My dishwasher failed because of faulty welding, rendering it unusable.Customer service has ignored repeated attempts to resolve it—even after I sent a letter as instructed. Premium pricing should come with accountability. Do better.

@BoschGlobal I bought a new Bosch refrigerator, delivered on Oct 12th & installed on Oct 13th. Technician Avinash confirmed completion, but I later found the MaxFlex Box & Multipurpose Box accessories missing. 😤 How was I to know if the technician didn't inform me?#Bosch

@BoschHomeUS Bosch has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Bought a brand new dishwasher for $1200 and have been handwashing dishes for 3 weeks. Doesn’t work and they won’t replace it or update me. 🤬

Bought a full #Bosch kitchen 6 years ago. Fridge: leaking onto hardwood. Microwave: fell apart. Cooktop: glass permanently stained. Dishwasher: unreliable. 4 for 4. Engineering brand, #kitchen line tells a different story. @BoschHomeUS

@boschindia Raised complaint twice but see the quality of mixer&its jars. It is hazardous to health. Poor after sale service & lack of knowledge of technician.Technician came once not willing to do anything &second time only called didn’t come &closed the complaint. @BoschGlobal @BoschHomeUS
