@boschwashingma We are one very sad customer of Bosch Washing Machine. As the feedback in market is that service is really pathetic. Parts are not available. Product quality is very poor. First we didn’t get motor replacement which was in guarantee. Then even new machine is fault

@BoschHomeIn Very disappointed with the service. My Bosch washing machine(Purshed 3 months back) has a motor issue (as confirmed by the engineer) and it’s been 15days with no resolution, despite multiple complaints and follow-ups. This level of delay is extremely frustrating.

@boschindia Also note that this is not the first time the product is breaking down, exactly 3 years after purchase there was a fault with one of the fans of the refrigerator which was replaced (paid), but it took the service technicians 6 visits to find out the exact cause of the issue.
