The real world is not that simple. Individual disease, duration, genetics, etc. require measurement of more than Sys/Dia to manage HT/risks

@jbrianbyrd @DrWanpen The data is telling us just measuring BP is not enough. Need new discriminatory measures, ideally independent of BP, to measure risk of stroke, including in those with "normal" or "low" BP.

@DrWanpen It's suprising to me that this large study & SPRINT saw no reduction in stroke. It has been one of the more visible/detectable signals in older trials (e.g., pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7473519/)
