@BandQ legal action seems to be the only way b&q listen to people as rude staff in South Africa putting the phones down a open complaint that no one won't tell you who is dealing with . Have 5 days worth of tape recording of rude staff putting phones down

@BandQ All customer services do is email the seller (who I’ve never heard of) and hope they will either deliver or issue a refund! @BandQ you have gone so far down in my estimation you won’t be getting my customer again and I advise anyone else to do the same.

1 day shy of two months from return and @BandQ eventually give a refund. Only after I contacted the CEO and director of customer experience. That’s an experience I’d rather not repeat. No goodwill gesture either!

@BandQ Really disappointed with B&Q. Paint delivery didn’t arrive on the confirmed day and the courier never had it. Two long calls, several staff, conflicting info, and even a promise of a driver drop off that never happened. This has stalled a home project. I need this resolved
