Very disappointed with B&Q new malden branch over all.The customer service is non existent. Store Manager not available to speak to or resolve. Tried getting in touch with complaints, as well completely unacceptable.

@BoxBroadband No internet with box broadband and also left messages for tech support but one has got back. Please can I have email for technical support?
@BoxBroadband speed has dropped like a stone, from 900+Mbps..to barely 0.5! Connected via ethernet. Bexhill area. Any idea what's happening? It's also affecting a friend who lives close by.
@virginmedia absolutely appalling customer service from Virgin media. Apparently there is no email to complain as per the agent James to speak to Manager.

@virginmedia was trying to speak to a customer representative since yesterday and with great difficulty, got transferred number of times and also disconnected, in total spending around 3 hours to resolve a issues, which is still not resolved. Also tried the chat as the wait time was 71 mins.
@AmazonUK ordered a brand new iron from Amazon but got used item instead. Saw the reviews and many has faced similar issues. This is completely out of order. Called customer service to report he gave £5 credit.
@turo very disappointed with Turo, as Turo left me and my family stranded in middle of no where,so ended up taking a taxi home costing us £400. No one seems to reply back. No phone number to get in touch in uk. Only chat.
@AlexMar66601190@asda Thank you Alex to enlighten us with the staff pay. Unfortunately you were not present at time to comment for customer faffing. My complaint was very clear which you clearly failed to understand. Would appreciate if you watch the video footage to understand the staff behaviour.
@sushant083@asda If an ordinary Asda colleague clocks off a few minutes after their shift end, their pay will automatically be deducted for a break they never took (depending on the shift length). Customer faffing about at closing time cost colleagues money.
@asda extremely disappointed with the customer service in Asda Woking store as I was in time to get a sandwich but was shouted at that I have 5 minutes left and kept on saying the same thing over and over again. When asked why do need to keep saying this he mentioned he can.
