TELANGANA POCSO CONSPIRACY: 11 DAMNING FACTS 1.Bandi Sai Bhageerath son of Union Minister sexually assaulted a 17-year-old minor, circulated her intimate videos, and blackmailed her. And this is a horrific crime. All those who are circulating minor victim’s private videos are also accused. 2.Pet Basheerabad police registered only bailable sections 11/12 of POCSO Act— deliberately suppressing Sec 3(c), 4 r/w 18, and Sec 5/6 (minimum 20 years). This is the conspiracy of the highest order and this was done to ensure his safe passage. 3.Sections 14 & 15 — pornographic material offences — also wilfully omitted. CP Cyberabad, DCP Medchal, ACP & SHO — justify this or face the people of Telangana and legal action. 4.The victim's family was held at PS from 5PM to 10PM deliberately to enable a counter-case first. 5.Karimnagar police registered Sec 308(5) against the minor victim — without any legal basis. Mr Bhageerath’s complaint doesn’t reveal any threat to life with grievous injury. CP, ACP, Inspector Karimnagar — justify this cruel abuse of power or face people. 6.Minister Bandi Sanjay threatened the victim’s family directly at his residence. He is a co-accused. How was he allowed to take out a rally yesterday and threaten those who are troubling his family publicly? Why was there no suo moto case on him? 7.Accused absconding 5+ days. No lookout notice (LOC) and no impounding of Passport. Pure facilitation by the senior police officers at the behest of Revanth Reddy.  8.DGP reportedly cited PM Modi’s program as reason for delay — a confession of dereliction of sacred duty for which people are paying us. Home Minister and DGP own this failure. Both of you should quit and hand over the reins to someone who is more capable. 9.Two commissionerates coordinating to protect one accused — this is institutional conspiracy. Every girl deserves equal justice under the Constitution and the law. Cases involving minors need real urgency, transparency and accountability. Any delay, silence or selective action only damages public faith in the justice system. This is not about politics or personalities. Truth must come out and justice must prevail.
