@ORDissenter @pcgamer Modding still has artistic intent; it's just coming from members of the community instead of the devs. There's still a human calling the shots instead of an algorithm making up what it thinks things should look like.

Just because it's not a clock with a display or keeps a date with a CR2032 battery, doesn't mean it doesn't have one.

@goneers @Rachel42973 I was fixin' to use this brine method until I realized it requires a frozen turkey. I bought a fresh, unfrozen young hen. No brining possible. I'll have to use my paper bag method instead.

This is last year's turkey. I use Alton Brown's method and it's foolproof. I'm posting it in the comments below since X hates external links. You can make your own brine or use a premade one. It's perfection, and takes less time than traditional methods.
