@MasonsLobster we were so excited when your store opened in Ridgewood NJ a few days ago, but we’ve now been waiting over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. This is nuts. Several people canceled and walked out. I think your workspace is too small & your process is not streamline enough

@panerabread your menu is absurdly complicated. I just tried to use your drive-through - it took me literally 10 minutes to figure it out, compare the prices, determine the options. You are doing yourselves no favor with this complexity. Streamline it!
