I still believe in BTC, but $MSTR was trading over $400/share when I posted this. Now it’s around $85. The Saylor story is not going to end well. A MSTR implosion might be what’s needed for BTC to bottom, ala FTX.

I know I'll lose followers, as small as my #s are, but I got to call balls and strikes. I just do. Taking an asset worth X and selling obligations against that asset does not increase net worth. At the EofD, MSTR enterprise value MUST BE the value of its BTC unless another bona fide profit stream is created.

JUST IN: Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin-backed preferred stock, STRC, has just plunged to $85.32, its lowest level in history.

If Bitcoin succeeds, and I think it will, I don’t see how Saylor has a problem. Saylor only has a problem if Bitcoin fails. Otherwise, these dips in $strc are irrational (or manipulation).
