After an update to BBS Online, BBS and WBBS volunteers can now download their own BBS/WBBS data, along with the historic data for their sites. Ideal for feeding back data to landowners!

Ash dieback is a fungal disease affecting ash trees across the UK. We have been working with our volunteers @YorksWildlife Grass Wood to tackle dead and dying ash along the paths to keep the site safe for visitors. Open areas will help woodland flowers and butterflies in spring.

Our members and supporters funded over 50 Barn Owl boxes five years ago. Built by @GFutureBuilding and installed by volunteers and staff across Yorkshire, all are still providing safe breeding and roosting sites for Barn Owls, Kestrels and other species. #FridayFeeling

This scrape was put in at Low Carr Farm nr Pickering several years ago and today held three Jack Snipe and at least a dozen Snipe. Wet corners like this are disappearing from the landscape, so we're trying to put some back to help our wildlife. #NatureRecoveryNetwork

@ddbirder @NorthantsBTO @_BTO Hi @ddbirder, Derbyshire is split into two BTO Regions for administrative purposes, please see some graphs for Turtle Dove and Blackcap. Note, there haven't been any TD recorded on Derbyshire North squares to date and I have excluded 2001 data as coverage was limited.🙂
