@CHRS_SCR Dear Colleagues, what's your opinion and practice regarding method of pacing in patients with mild to moderate LV dysfunction LVEF 35 to 50 % with indication of pacing and anticipated substantial ventricular pacing, CRT with BiV pacing or CSP (HBP OR LBBAP)?

@Maqsood37740880 @CHRS_SCR In patients with LVEF ranging from 35–50% and a high burden of pacing, I primarily prefer CSP, favoring LBBAP over HBP due to its greater stability and lower pacing thresholds. I think, another critical consideration when making these decisions is the experience in CSP techniques

@Maqsood37740880 @CHRS_SCR This is an excellent topic for discussion. While CRT remains supported by more extensive data, there is growing evidence of better LVEF improvement with LBBAP, as highlighted by studies like the LBBP-RESYNC.
