Thoughts on the #Titans 2026 Draft Class Theme: ▪︎ Athletes w translatable pro traits. ▪︎ High Football Character ▪︎ Development Centric. ▪︎ High Floor for role expectation and retention. 💙 Titans took Ohio State WR Carnell Tate - 6'2" 190 lbs. (1.4) His Ohio State tape showed an acrobatic athlete that made route running and separation look easy. Although I believe he profiles as more of a possession type at the next level, you can't refute his field stretching and contested catch ability. Must improve play strength and YAC but as silky smooth as a WR can be. Role: Ability to Start at any WR position. 💙 Titans took Auburn DE Keldric Faulk - 6'6" 275 lbs. (1.31) Faulk is probably the most unique EDGE in the draft class. With his overall size and wingspan, he profiles as a day one run stuffer. He's going to do a lot of the dirty work that frees up his teammates to eat. Sneaky underrated trade up to draft him. Role: Starting EDGE, Sub-Package DT for interior pash rush ability. 💙 Titans took Texas LB Anthony Hill Jr. - 6'2" 240 lbs. (2.60) Hill Jr. is an above average athlete that can play each LB position but probably is best at WILL. Downhill - see ball get ball type. Blitzed well when under control. Coverage ability and length is what sets him apart. Must improve play diagnosis and tackle technique, but athletic profile raises his ceiling to pan out. Role: LB3 with Special Teams and Sub Package ability in Yr 1. 💙 Titans took Arkansas G Fernando Carmona Jr. - 6'5" 315 lbs. (5.142) Carmona Jr. shows promise as a pass protector because of anchor, but there's a ways to go as a run blocker, especially at the 2nd level. Must stay under control and balanced when engaging defenders. Size and versatility are strengths. Role: Reserve Guard. Depending on Jackson Slater's year 2 development, FCJ could be pushed to Practice Squad Yr 1 unless he shows enough Center versatility. 💙 Titans took Penn State RB Nick Singleton - 6'0" 220 lbs. (5.165) Singleton is a one cut and go type of RB. Alley hitting runner that should be in the mix at KR, too. Size - Speed combo makes for unique get that late in draft. Physical in Pass Pro and as blocker in general. Has tape of flattening defenders. Concerns of pace/feel/and recent injury are fair. Role: RB3 - KR2. 💙 Titans took Baylor DT Jackie Marshall - 6'2" 295 lbs. (6.184) Marshall is a rotational DL. Size is a concern, but in combo with the talent and size on that defense, it may free him to make plays. May struggle vs. the run but fits a Kevin Givens profile that has worked in Saleh's defense. Role: Rotational DL in sub packages to rush the passer. Quick interior win potential. Practice Squad Yr 1. 💙 Titans took C Pat Coogan - 6'5" 310 lbs. (6.194) Smart leader. Junkyard dawg. Guard versatility. Must improve hand placement and anchor. Lack of pure athleticism is mitigated by football smarts and effort. Rare OL Rose Bowl MVP. Role: C2/3, Reserve Guard, Practice Squad Yr. 1. 💙 Titans took TE Jaren Kanak - 6'2" 235 lbs. (7.225) Utility player. ST prowess w/H-Back skillset. Showed some above average receiving ability detached from the formation in the slot. Role: Special Teams - Coverage/Blocking. LB background. May develop into a passing game option similar to the traditional #Titans small TE club. Practice Squad Yr. 1. #TitanUp

Victor Wembanyama’s agent met with Rob Pelinka last summer to learn how Kobe Bryant mentally prepared himself, per @ramonashelburne. “One summer Bryant had become obsessed with studying how great white sharks hunt and attack their prey. So it became Pelinka's job to find him the best place in the world to do that -- which is apparently Guadalupe, an island 150 miles off the coast of Baja, Mexico, where you can go cage diving in the crystal-clear waters. Bryant would later write in The Players' Tribune in 2017 that his study of great whites helped him defend Allen Iverson.”

Let me try this ... I appreciate the attempt at actually trying to implement #Titans mythos with creativity and nuance. I ALSO appreciate the attempt of an owner rekindling childhood/early adult nostalgia after her dad purchased a pro sports team. 👏🏾 #TitanUp

2026 #BarnesUniversity👑 Draft Class for the #Titans Theme: ▪︎ Linear Athletes with Multi-Faceted Abilities. ▪︎ Character+Competitiveness. ▪︎ Size, Speed, Physicality. ▪︎ Collegiate Production with Developmental Baseline. ▪︎ Roles are Specific and Defined. ▪︎ Tape 🤝🏾 Analytics Marriage. 💛 Ohio State LB/EDGE Sonny Styles - 6'5" 245lbs. (1.4) The best athlete on defense in the entire draft. Versatile Amoeba Style LB with Pass Rush Upside. Improving pass defender and Elite QB spy. He's not afraid to bang with O-Linemen in the trenches. Understands angles and leverage. Knows how to destroy blocks, spill, and force. Promising skillset considering he's only played the position for two seasons. Untapped special teams ability as a personal protector and kick/punt blocker. Must drop pad-level when maneuvering and making tackles. Non-Premium position critique but game-changing upside. Role: LB1, Sub-Package EDGE, QB Spy, Big Nickel. 💛 Oregon G Emmanuel Pregnon - 6'4" 315 lbs. (1.31) The best pure guard in the draft class. Elite anchor and arm length. Keeps defenders at bay in pass protection and takes it personal if defenders get close to his QB. Enough athleticism to be a factor at the second level and on the move. Creates valleys for ball carriers to run through. Thoughtful speaker and more of a demonstrative leader than vocal. Intangible concerns will vary from team to team. Role: Starting Guard. 💛 Miami DB Keionte Scott - 5'11" 195 lbs. (2.60) The most physical nickel in the draft class. Click and close ability is exceptional. Takes calculated risks based on diagnosis from tape study. Profiles slightly better as a strong safety. A box role best suits his physical playstyle. Man coverage skills must improve. Role: Starting SS, Reserve Nickel, Big Time Special Teams Contributor. 💛 Penn State RB Nick Singleton - 6'0" 220 lbs. (5.142) Singleton is a one cut and go type of RB. Alley hitting runner that should be in the mix at KR, too. Size - Speed combo makes for unique get that late in draft. Offers sufficient pass catching ability out of the backfield. Physical in Pass Pro and as a blocker in general. Has tape of flattening defenders. Concerns of pace/feel/and recent injury are fair. Role: RB3 - KR2. 💛 Cincinnati WR Cyrus Allen - 5'11" 185 lbs. (5.165) One of the best route runners in the draft. Possesses elite stop and start ability. Can win underneath and separate vertically. Hands catcher that plays with above average competitive edge. Size may be a concern for some teams. Role: Starter/Reserve Slot - Z. 💛 Baylor WR Josh Cameron - 6'1" 220 lbs. (6.184) An enigma. Big WR that has a ways to go learning route running nuance, but catching ability and run after catch is dependable and physical. Physically imposing frame allows him to box out defenders. For his size, having Punt/Kick Returner ability is special. Role: Starting KR/PR, Reserve X. 💛 Central Michigan EDGE Michael Heldman - 6'4" 270 lbs. (6.194) Raw but one of the most productive EDGEs in the draft class. Exceptional motor and pursuit. Developmental prospect that showed an above average get-off when timed correctly and a baseline understanding of hand usage but must improve power. There's an obvious level of competition concern coming from the MAC, but I'm interested to know what an NFL strength program and coaching could do for his game. Role: EDGE5/6, Practice Squad Yr. 1. 💛 Utah TE Dallen Bentley - 6'4" 255 lbs. (7.225) Reliable hands and a willing blocker. Very unique movement skills for a player his size. Turns on another gear after the catch and possesses a daunting stiff arm. Could be considered a plodder to those wanting more speed from the position. Would easily make this 53 and be TE3, depending on what you want from that third TE position. If you want a well-rounded inline TE? Bentley is your guy. If you want the H-Back/Flex TE? DMR and Granson would get the nod. Role: TE3/4, Possible Practice Squad Yr 1. #TitanUp    #BU👑

Kit Harington just confirmed that the most expensive character in TV history is now narratively worthless. And nobody's connecting the math. Jon Snow generated an estimated $501 million in HBO subscription revenue based on screen time alone across eight seasons. He appeared in all 73 episodes. He was the emotional center of a franchise that produced $3.1 billion in subscription revenue and $6 billion in profit for Warner between 2015 and 2018. HBO came to Harington and said: build a show around this character. They spent two years trying. Two years of scripts and development on the single most bankable name in prestige television. And the guy who played him for a decade walked away and said "nothing excited us enough." Think about what that means. HBO could not find one story worth telling about the character who carried the most profitable drama in cable history. The reason is sitting right there in the Season 8 finale. Benioff and Weiss wrote Jon into exile beyond the Wall with no political ties, no conflict, no relationships, no unresolved tension, and no source material to pull from. They gave him the narrative equivalent of a closed bank account. Every possible sequel has to start from: man stands in snow with no motivation, no antagonist, and no connection to the world that made people care about him. Now look at what's actually working. House of the Dragon: set 200 years before the finale. A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: 100 years before. The Aegon the Conqueror series: even further back. Sea Snake, 10,000 Ships, same direction. Every single surviving Westeros project runs away from Season 8's ending. The one attempt to go forward died in development. 1.7 million people signed a petition to remake that finale. HBO lost over half its 18-49 audience within a year of the show ending. And Benioff and Weiss rushed those final six episodes reportedly because they had a Star Wars deal waiting. They lost the Star Wars deal too. Kit said he looked at photos from Season 8 and saw himself exhausted. He was. Everyone was. The show that averaged 43 million viewers per episode in its final season was running on fumes creatively while setting viewership records, which is the most dangerous combination in entertainment. Record audience, collapsing craft. The gap between those two lines is where franchise value goes to die. HBO made the right call killing SNOW. But the reason they had to kill it is the actual story. Season 8 didn't just end Game of Thrones. It locked the entire franchise in reverse gear. The only safe direction for Westeros is backward, because two showrunners turned the forward timeline radioactive on their way out the door.
