@Expedia @ExpediaGroup this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After using your services for over 15 years, I will never use them again and will make sure I tell people of my horrible experience. @FlySWISS has been so helpful in getting my flight reinstated.

@solveit7 Expedia canceled my ticket and is refusing to refund my money. I never initiated a cancelation and wanted to keep my current flight. They canceled it without my knowledge and told me I needed to buy a new one for $2500 more than the original @Expedia

@Expedia you canceled my ticket and are saying it’s non refundable? I never wanted to cancel my ticket! I will continue to call you out until you resolve this correctly @FlySWISS

@Expedia @FlySWISS @lufthansa Expedia canceled my flight without my permission and there is no urgency to correct their error. I paid $4800 for my original ticket and when I called, they said I had to buy a new one for $7200!!! I want my money back for their error!
