She's able to publicly defame him forever and he's unable to do anything about it. That doesn't sound like justice and if the response is that you believe he actually sexually assaulted her, then it should've been a criminal trial where he was jailed, but there's no evidence of that. This is a classic "he said/she said" and the benefit of the doubt going with the female.

Secondly if jotaro uses time stop yuta is essentially defenseless and will die, sure if jotaros time stop runs out and he’s in DE he’s cooked but why wouldn’t he just end the fight during TS?

@Logan11548178 @computritori @WooperEnjoyer54 He only speed gaps in attack and reaction speed. Yuta can just keep distance with movement and just one shot him. Also the moment jotaro uses time stop to try and avoid a ranged attack(can’t if it’s DE or beam) there’s a small cooldown Yuta can just hit him again.

Ngl now I know both characters I’d be really down to see this happen even if my goat Yuta probably gets fried
