You get completely new proofs to do in the exam which you haven't seen in the sheets before and morover you have to be able to reference every new result you proved in the sheets as corollaries to do the proofs.

I’m actually 103 IQ and managed to get a STEM PhD from Berkeley, in one of the top ranked programs in the world for my field. I’m not sure what you guys are doing that you’re not as successful as me and 130+ IQ, but I’m living proof that IQ isn’t everything!
