Big update in Indianapolis: According to Indiana Speaker of the House Todd Huston... Bears will commit $2 billion to a stadium project near Wolf Lake in NW Indiana. Rest of public funding will be similar to Lucas Oil Stadium. According to Huston, team is expected to release a statement.

Thought about Williams for final QB spot. But: 16th in QBR despite great pass protection, great running game, elite play designer. Also: dead last in off-target rate and completion percentage over expected (NGS). Those numbers don't scream top-half QB.

A win would’ve been nice, but it was still the greatest night of my football life. It’s the moment that I will always remember when the real reason for football clicked in. Last night was the night that I knew I had done my real job as a Bears fan. I pass the game to the next generation. I shared a forever loyalty. He is fully on his way on a life time journey or highs and lows, love and loss, passion and grit, strategy and might, joy and disappointment. And when the day comes where my son and I are at an impasse. We can always talk about the Bears.
