NEW: San Francisco judge Linda Colfax has released a man who fatally assaulted an 84-year-old because the prison sentence would have a "poor impact" on him. 25-year-old Antoine Watson was granted probation just two months after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and assault. Watson violently assaulted Vicha Ratanapakdee in 2021, which resulted in his death just two days later. He was acquitted of first-and second-degree murder charges and instead convicted of involuntary manslaughter. Colfax says Watson being in prison would have a "poor impact" on him and didn't think he should be there because he "expressed remorse," according to the SF Chronicle. Colfax is accused of hiding details from the jury in an apparent effort to help Watson escape prison time. Infuriating and evil.

They were more focused on civil rights and less focused on putting Trump in jail and writing policy that would prevent Trump from ever running again as a felon. Biden’s mental health should have been addressed openly and honestly and he should have been removed. They lied about it and tried to make us believe what we were seeing was not true. Gaslighting. The party waited until the last minute before the election, offered no primary and forced Kamala Harris as our only choice—a very poor choice. It was a fatal move. I’m a lifelong Democrat and only voted for Harris bc she is less crazy than Trump. I almost didn’t vote at all. Over 80 million qualified voters did not vote at all. I’m no longer a Democrat. I will vote as an independent from now on. Both parties have failed this country.

After losing one of the toughest elections in history, John McCain didn't divide the country. He congratulated Barack Obama, praised his great achievement, and asked Americans to come together. Class act. They sure don't make Republicans like him anymore.
